A trip to the cabin

We decided to join Dave at the cabin for a few days to escape the heat.  I am sure we are going to have many great adventures up there but this was not one of them. It was not our best trip.  The kids were grumpy.  Apparantly they were freezing in the 75 degree weather.  I was tired and that is never good. 

We did go for a ride/walk to the pond.  We love to watch the little pond start as a lake and by the end of the summer turn into a mud puddle.

We love to throw rocks and whatever else we can find into the water.

This is what happens when you try to ride your bike through the pond.  Not the best idea...
