September

We were blessed with quite a bit of rain in September.  So what do you do on a rainy day?  You play soccer in the back yard of course.
Clara rounded up all the neighbor kids and got a wet and muddy game of soccer going.
Actually Clara would love to play soccer any time of the day or all day.  She may be a little obsessed.  She is fun to watch.  She runs at full speed the whole time.  She never wants to come out.  She plays her little heart out every single second.
She played goalie for a half of a game.  She did fine but I hope she never plays goalie again.  My nerves can't handle it.
We went to Utah for the BYU vs. Texas game.  We had to wait in a 2 1/2 hour rain delay.  We are lucky that Grammy and Grandad live close to the stadium so we could wait out the rain at their house.  When the rain died down a bit we got all bundled out and headed to Cougar Stadium where BYU beat Texas.

Grandad was inducted into the Dixie College Football hall of fame.  Once again we had to wait out a 2 1/2 hour lightning delay.  For Cameron this was his third game in a row where he had a 2 + hour weather delay.  He went to the BYU game in Virginia with Dave and they had a delay.
Grandad was nice enough to take Cameron down on the field with him.  Cameron was in heaven.  He thought it was so cool.
I did my first photo shoot of the kids. I took them while we were up at the cabin.  The leaves were turning and it was beautiful.  I have a TON to learn but I think they turned out pretty darn good.
Of course the best smiles of the day came when we were on the Cram's swing.

Happy face.

The girls love horses so they were pretty happy when we found this lovely lady.
She was a very gentle and friendly horse.  The girls pet her for about 30 minutes.  We were lucky enough to be there when the owner stopped by.  He let the girls feed her some apples.  Oh happy day.
