Happy Halloween

Its no secret that Halloween is not my favorite.  As soon as my kids show an interest in a costume I get on Amazon and order it.  So lame.  This year Lauryn wanted to be Maleficent so I talked Clara into being Sleeping Beauty.  I knew she wasn't totally on board but I ordered her the beautiful dress and figured she would be happy.  About two weeks before Halloween she informed me she didn't want to be Aurora she wanted to be a Vampire.  Of course I got mad because it was too late to change so Clara said to me "Mom! I am going to tell you how I feel...I always try to do what you want just so you will be happy.  Sometimes I don't want to but I do it anyway.  It hurts my feelings when you get mad at me when I didn't even want it in the first place.  So there...now you know how I feel"  Total silence in the car for a few seconds.  Me "OK Clara a vampire you will be"
And a beautiful Vampire she was.  She was a good vampire not a bloody creepy one.
 Darling little ladies.
 Harry Potter? Maleficent?  You choose...
about a week before Halloween Cameron informed us that he was going to be a tornado for Halloween.  He NEVER makes it easy on us.  We used his R2D2 costume from last year and this tornado was a big hit.
Even Dad got in on the action this year.  He would probably kill me for posting this but then again you have to actually read my blog to even know its here.  SHHHH....don't tell.
Cameron had a home recital.  He continues to amaze me in so many ways.  He is an awesome little guy.
