A Good Dad

One thing I am very grateful for is that I married a great Dad. Dave works a lot and he isn't here very much during the week. I am grateful that he makes an extra effort to spend time with Cameron on the weekends. They try to do a fun activity every Saturday. Dave is very wise in teaching Cameron to love the things that he loves so that these activities are fun for Dave and Cameron. Right now Cameron is OBSESSED with football and golf. Dave takes Cameron to Angel Park and they play the par 3 course. Cameron LOVES this. Every time we drive by there he tells me "this is where I play golf with Dad". Last

Saturday they golfed with one of Cameron's friends (Colin) and his Dad. Cameron had a great time. Thanks Dave for being such a great Dad. We Love you!

Funny Kids

3/15 Clara "you don't need to give us consequences because Jesus will already do that."
2/15 Clara asked for a drink of my diet coke. I told her it wasn't good for her. Her reply "isn't that like being a hypocrite"
1/15 a few weeks after watching the movie Annie we were visiting Grammy. She made a comment about all the little girls everywhere. Cameron replied "everywhere I look I can see them."
4/13 Cameron after listening to the tabernacle choir "That was a long fermata"
Mom "Do you want to watch Ice Age: The meltdown tonight?" Lauryn "Who's gonna have a meltdown?"
Lauryn has been bedreaming (daydreaming)
7/13 Lauryn "Mom that cloud looks like a volcano that is interrupting"
2/14/13 Clara "Mom, I hope the cupid shoots me today."
11/13 Cameron was up in Cedar City with Dave "after only 30 seconds in this freezing cold weather I am already showing signs of hypothermia"
1/13 me "Lauryn, are you murmuring?" Clara "Mom, she didn't kill anybody!"
1/13 Clara "I smell something like throw up." Lauryn "Its probably your breath"
