Disneyland

Why do I love this place so much? Well...it is because some of our families favorite vacations growing up were to Disneyland. For my siblings...Remember the matching red shirts? How about the family from London in the line to Pirates of the Caribbean that Mom sent a Book of Mormon to? And...of course our family reunion? I love the memories I have of Disneyland with my family. A while back I had a boyfriend ask me what I fantasized about. He, of course was hoping for something involving him but the first thing that came to my mind and therefore what came out of my mouth was...I fantasize about taking my kids to Disneyland. He wasn't very happy about my answer. I don't understand why. Well, we just got back from Disneyland and we had a great time. My Mom and Dad came with us. Thank Heavens. On Wed we went to Huntington Beach and had dinner at Ruby's on the pier. (Thanks to Paige for having her birthday dinner there) Then we went to Disneyland Thur - Sat. Dave came down on Friday night to go with us on Saturday. This year Cameron was all about autographs and meeting characters. It makes for a totally different experience. He was so cute about meeting them and loves his little book of signatures. All he wanted this year was a purple balloon and to make a basket at California adventure. Well... finally after Dad got there and several dollars later Dad made a basket for him and he found a purple balloon. He told my Mom "Finally all of my dreams are coming true." The girls LOVED the Winnie the Pooh characters. They have a few new words. Pooh, Dumbo, Duck and Buzz. I knew they would like it but I had no idea how much they would love it. They loved every ride we went on and never got scared. I was so thankful to have my parents to help with the kids. My kids love them and we had a great time. I only wish we could have stayed for one more day. Just remember When You Wish Upon A Star...
