Disneyland...again

Why do I love this place so much? Well...just take a look at the smile on this face and it should be easy to figure out.

My sister-in-law Bethany was having Disneyland with drawls so she twisted some arms and My parents, my brother Scotty and me and my kids went with her. OK so she didn't have to twist very hard. We had a great time. We went for 1 1/2 days which isn't nearly enough but better than nothing. We went to the beach for a few hours and Cameron even got to go to the San Diego State vs BYU football game with Grammy and Grandad. What a treat! A whole evening with no Mom.

Disneyland was a blast. My kids love it there. Cameron loves the Buzz lightyear ride and his favorite ride this time was the Grizzly River Run at California adventure. He ducked on one of the waterfalls and my Mom got SOAKED. Way to go Cameron. Thanks to Grammy for being such a great sport. I took a picture of their soaked clothes but I must have had the camera on the wrong setting because I can't find it.

Lauryn and Clara couldn't wait to see Cinderella so we went to the princess place. As luck would have it...she wasn't there. As soon as we left Lauryn caught a glimpse of her walking up a ramp into the place where you meet the princesses. Lauryn and Clara both started freaking out (in a good way, no tears) and so my Mom asked a lady near the front of the line if we could cut. My girls were so enchanted by Cinderella. They couldn't get enough of her. It was very sweet and I must admit I had a little tear in my eye when I watched them dance with her.

Another reason to love Disneyland...my girls are pooped. They have gone from 1 1/2 hour naps to 3 hour naps every day since we got back.
