I love it (like every other Mom) when my kids get along. We seem to have turned a corner where now the girls are old enough to handle Cameron's rough housing. In fact Clara seeks out Cameron's wrestling matches. Anyway...they run around the house chasing each other and laughing hysterically. Lauryn usually ends up crying but she is also the smallest. Cameron loves his little sisters and is thrilled that he isn't getting in trouble every time he touches them.
I usually don't let my kids all bathe together but this was one day when we had just gotten home from the cabin and they were filthy. Notice the color of the water.

When we go to my Mom's house Dave and I sleep in this bed and my kids all sleep on the floor. Last time we were there I went in to check on them and this is what I found.

The girls nap in the same room. As you can imagine there is a lot more playing than napping going on. This is how I often find them when they do finally crash. They don't ever climb in the same bed at night but at nap time they usually end up either in the same bed or even curled up together on the floor.

Now onto a new subject. How do you discipline this face?
I tell Lauryn about 5 times a day Please don't write on your body. She goes to time out and we talk about our bodies and then a few hours later here I find her covered in ink AGAIN!!! I don't know where she finds the pen because I can never find a pen when I need one but it seems to be no problem for her. I remember my own Mom telling me not to write on myself and I don't anymore so I guess she will grow out of this. I guess I just fear she will grow to be a tattoo artist especially considering the town we live in.

How many times do we tell our kids "DON'T JUMP ON THE COUCH!!!". The other night I repeatedly told Clara to quit jumping on the furniture. I was watching her. (I guess this is when I should have physically removed her from the couch) She jumped a little hard and hit the back of the kitchen chair that was against the couch. Does she learn to quit jumping on the furniture. OF COURSE NOT!!!

Your kids are so dang cute, I love saying hi to cameron at church because he is so cute and nice to me. I love your girls because they are so little and cute! Their little shy faces bring the biggest smile to my face! Im glad you came on that hike with all of us!

So refreshing...mine aren't the only ones! I wish Zoe would only color on herself. She covered my piano bench with two markers last night. Green came off. Red didn't. AHHHH! I'm with you though, she's so stinkin' cute its hard for me to discipline. Luckily, Kevin doesn't have that problem! ;-)
