hamster trouble

Remember that darling adorable little hamster I posted about?  Well...he is still darling and adorable but maybe a little vicious.  I can't say that I blame him.  The girls will not leave him alone.  They bug him non stop.  He is not a runner thank heavens because they must get him out of his cage three or four times a day.  I have put them in time out on the stairs and in their room.  With twins time out in the room is a party.  They just found an ink pen and drew on their sheets.  So...I thought we were cured when last night I heard Lauryn screaming like I have never heard her scream before (she is a screamer so that is saying something).  She came flying down the stairs jumping up and down and finally I could make out that she was telling me the hamster was in her shirt.  I got him out and thought maybe she would be shy of him for a while but alas, the girls went to bed an hour early last  night when I caught them playing with the hamster.  This morning I could hear the hamster hissing all the way down the hallway Lauryn told me he was trying to kiss her.  Today I put the hamster on Cameron's pot shelf so he can have a few days of relief from the monsters.

So fun to read of your girl's great personalities! My twins are afraid of a fly let alone a hamster. I don't know which is worse?

Your kitchen is looking amazing! Are you sure you want to paint the cabinets? They look great as is.

I hope he doesn't bite them - and I can't believe he hasn't run away.
