We love it when our schedule allows us to visit Utah for Strawberry Days.  It is held in Pleasant Grove every year.  It's a great rodeo.  The venue is nice but small so every seat is a good seat.
These kids just love to be together.  Any excuse...it wouldn't matter.  They would have been just as happy to be shoveling up the manure.
Clark's family came and so did Scott's family.  Erik's family was working at the concessions stands.
Seriously...such a beautiful setting.  I miss Utah so much.
My favorite part of the rodeo is the strawberries and cream.  So delicious.  This year they actually sold the cream at Macey's grocery store.  Danger zone for me.

Apparently Rowan and I share this love for the strawberries and cream.

see what I mean.  No one wants to get to the end of that cup.
The next morning we watched the strawberry days parade from Erik and Shanelle's front yard.  Every year they host a huge breakfast with tons of friends.
I think Grammy and Grandad were just happy to see all of their kids and grandkids spending time together.  We were missing Kristin's family but when you live on the other side of the country it makes it kind of hard.
waiting for the parade to start.

Truthfully they are waiting for the candy.  This parade throws tons of candy.
cute cousins.
I love my brothers.  I don't get to see them nearly enough.
I have no idea what Lauryn and Nix are up to but it has something to do with movie theater popcorn.
trampoline at Scott and Beth's house.  These kids spend hours and hours playing outside.  I love watching them grow up and how their relationships are growing.
 Cuties
The reason for the trip was that my parents were reporting on their mission.  My dad has a flag for every returned missionary in the family.  Every time someone comes or goes he puts them out in the front yard.  I think it is a really cool tradition.
